We strive to refund you your purchase price as soon as we receive your return back. Normally within 24 hours.

Return shipment methods

The preferred method for returns is via UPS. We also accept Federal Express and USPS Insured Mail. Please insure your return no matter what shipping method you use.

How to prepare a return

• Get a return authorization code. Please click on the following link: Return Authorization Form and fill in the information requested. We'll email you back a return authorization # within 24 hours.
  
  
• Package your return. Please return your item in its original packaging and make sure that the outside box you use for your return is sturdy enough to prevent damage.
  
  
• Insure your package. This will cover you if your package gets lost or damaged in shipment. UPS, FedEx and USPS all offer insurance on their shipments.
