We also offer engaving for any items on which it will apply. Please allow 3 to 5 business days extra for engraving.

WARRANTIES:
All Zippo items are under warranty through the Zippo Manufacturing company for a period of three years and will be replaced if broken or damaged through normal wear and tear. Zippo repair web page: www.zippo.com/about/cservice/repairkit.html
All of our name brand items are authentic and brand new and carry the full manufacturers warranty.
All of our other items are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Engraved items are not returnable unless we made an error on the engraving. Non-engraved items may be returned within one month of the date of purchase in original packaging. Buyer pays shipping costs on returned and exchanged items.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship all of our products via UPS or USPS to the USA or Global Priority Mail for international shipments. We have found these to be the fastest and most reliable methods. UPS does not always deliver to PO Boxes so if you list a PO Box for shipping and it is returned to us we will contact you for a street address and we will also need to charge you again for the shipping. There is no tracking system with this method and delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days. We offer free shipping via UPS Ground for all orders over $75.00. We also offer UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day Air.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We do ship to most countries, however, all international orders will be reviewed extensively by our staff. This takes a little longer than domestic orders. Please leave a valid phone # where you can be contacted on all international orders. Most countries do have import taxes and you will be responsible for any and all import taxes in your country. International shipping costs start at $10.95.
